This Standard License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the purchase date by and between Kennard Ilagan Digital - KiDigital ("Licensor") and you, the purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "Woodworking Babysteps" eBook (the "Work") subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Licensee may utilize the Work solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Work may be viewed, read, and displayed by the Licensee on any of the Licensee's electronic devices owned and controlled by the Licensee.

2. Restrictions

  • The Work is for personal use only, and the Licensee shall not use the Work for any commercial purposes.
  • The Licensee may not duplicate, reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Work in any form, including but not limited to physical or electronic duplication without the express written permission of the Licensor.
  • The Licensee shall not distribute, rent, sublicense, lend, sell, or otherwise transfer copies of the Work to third parties for any reason, including without limitation for commercial purposes or monetary gain.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement grants only a license and not an assignment or sale. The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Work, including all intellectual property rights therein. The Work is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

4. Enforcement of Copyright

In the event the Licensee breaches any of the terms in this Agreement, the Licensor reserves the right to undertake legal action in accordance with the intellectual property laws of the Philippines to protect its rights. The Licensee agrees to indemnify the Licensor for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of the Work by the Licensee.

5. Termination

The license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Work and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Work.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
BY PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THE "WOODWORKING BABYSTEPS" EBOOK, THE LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
